Spindle Professional now compatible with SagePay


Draycir’s Spindle Professional software has now joined forces with Sage Pay to bring the ‘Pay Now’ button to invoices sent via email. SO…you can now send literally 1000s of invoices at the same time using Spindle Professional’s advanced document distribution methods (see everything that Spindle Professional could do for Your Business near the bottom of this post).

Your customers can now instantly and securely pay you online via Sage Pay.

How it works 

It’s easy to add the ‘Pay Now’ button to outgoing invoices using Spindle Professional, with a choice of button colours available.gfx-button


When the ‘Pay Now’ button is clicked your customer is directed to the online payment portal so they can make secure online card payments to you via Sage Pay. For their convenience the payment form is pre-populated with the transaction details.


Once payment has been made, both the supplier and customer can be automatically notified of the transaction by email.

If you are using Sage 200, then with the help of Spindle ReconcilerTM, when the transaction is complete, the invoice payment is automatically reconciled back to the accounting system.
